Quinn Dalan has called Yakima home for nearly 2 years and has dedicated her legal career to public service. She has built a career focused on protecting the public and
strengthening the local justice system. Recognized as a passionate and dedicated
leader with a strong reputation for integrity, preparation, and fairness, she is committed to making a difference and to ensure fair and just systems hold offenders accountable, and champions fairness.

Quinn started her career in the Yakima County Prosecuting Attorney’s Office as a deputy prosecutor and then Yakima County Department of Assigned Counsel as a defense attorney as well as YWCA Yakima and Central WA Legal Aid.  With a career
that has included criminal (prosecution, public defense) civil and pro tem judge, she has a broad perspective on the criminal justice field.  Her effective leadership skills and dedication to continued training and professional development enable her to be a mentor to attorneys and will help guide the office’s work on behalf of the community.

Quinn is widely recognized for her volunteer work and involvement. She serves on multiple community boards and actively supports organizations that strengthen families, youth, and public safety in Yakima County. Quinn believes that strong communities are built through service, accountability, and collaboration.
