Quinn Dalan has called Yakima home for nearly 20 years and has dedicated her legal career to public service. She has built a career focused on protecting the public and strengthening the local justice system. Recognized as a passionate and dedicated leader with a strong reputation for integrity, preparation, and fairness, she is committed to making a difference: ensuring fair and just systems that hold offenders accountable.
Quinn started her career in the Yakima County Prosecuting Attorney’s Office as a deputy prosecutor and then the Yakima County Department of Assigned Counsel as a defense attorney in addition to working with the YWCA Yakima and Central WA Legal Aid. Her experience as a prosecutor, public defender, civil attorney, and pro tem judge provides her with a broad perspective on the criminal justice field. Quinn’s effective leadership and commitment to continuous professional development enable her to mentor attorneys and guide the office’s work on behalf of the community.
Quinn is widely recognized for her volunteer work and involvement. She serves on multiple community boards and actively supports organizations that strengthen families, youth, and public safety in Yakima County. Quinn believes that strong communities are built through service, accountability, and collaboration.
